B-Line Xpress is part of The Colorado Carbon Fund (Project C), a voluntary carbon offset program developed by the Governor’s Energy Office. Its goal is to provide high quality carbon offsets to consumers and businesses as a way to support new energy efficiency and renewable energy projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the state of Colorado.
